Ron Willis, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Willis, age 52, became CEO of Celsia in September 2009. He has been a Board Member of the Company since June 2008. Mr. Willis has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering, business and management leadership in information technology and networking markets. Most recently, Mr. Willis was president, CEO, and director of CipherOptics, Inc. Previously, Mr. Willis was Vice President of Worldwide Commercial Marketing for Cisco Systems, Inc. where he directed key programs, including the development of secure, high speed internet and intranet access from public access facilities. Mr. Willis joined Cisco through the acquisition of Aironet Wireless Communications (valued at $1.3 billion at closing), where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. Willis was employed with Digital Equipment Corporation for over 14 years, where he held significant management positions in marketing and sales. Mr. Willis has 11 patents pending or applied for in the IT and network security space.

George A. Meyer IV , Chief Operating Office/Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Meyer is a seasoned industry veteran with over three decades experience in electronics thermal management. He has been with Celsia since December 2005, first as VP Sales and Marketing for the Americas and Europe regions and then as COO and CTO. In these roles, Mr. Meyer has been instrumental in establishing Asian operations, developing new technologies, key customer relationships, managing the product portfolio, and growing sales into the computer, telecommunications, LED lighting, medical, and military markets.

Prior to Celsia, he held various positions with Thermacore International (a leading supplier of thermal management solutions) including chairman and general manager of Thermacore Taiwan and Korea, as well as vice president, worldwide sales and marketing. During his tenure, Meyer was credited with establishing the company’s Asian design and manufacturing facilities, developing patentable product designs, and growing relationships with leading technology companies such as Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Communications and holds an International Business Certificate from Franklin and Marshall College. Mr. Meyer is also a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt and holds 10 patents in the field of electronics thermal management.

Jorge Fernandez, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fernandez has been Celsia's Chief Financial Officer since October 2007 and previously served as the Corporate Controller since October 2005. Prior to joining Celsia, Mr. Fernandez served as the Finance Director for Tiger Direct (NYSE: SYX), a Fortune 1000 computer and electronics retailer, served as Finance Director-Latin America for PRG-Schultz (NASDAQ: PRGX), an accounts payable recovery audit services firm and held the position of VP Finance for Fiera Group, an e-commerce startup in Latin America.

Mr. Fernandez began his career as part of the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he managed audit engagements in South Florida. Mr. Fernandez received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.
